If you are registering for the Boston Public Schools for the first time, you must go to a Parent Information Center. Please bring:
- Three preprinted proofs of your residency: utility bills or bank statement dated within the past two months; a driver's license; Medicare or Medicaid card; Boston Housing Authority lease; etc.
- Up-to-date immunization records.
- Your child's original birth certificate or passport if you are registering for Kindergarten or Grade 1.
If your child already attends a Boston Public School, you will get an application from your child's school.
